Monday, 26 August 2019, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo: Seven months after President Félix Tshisekedi‘s inauguration held on 24 January, the Congolese head of state finally formed a government. 

In the Foreign Affairs portfolio, there is Marie Tumba Nzeza, UDPS executive in a government with 17% female participation, whereas
